As we are dealing in a very special products ,therefore we take extra care on the privacy matter. We are strict with regards to customer order, enquiries. In the delivery process, the item will be well package so that the item will not be exposed to the public.

We will package the item when we receive the fund.（We will follow the Post Office standard / S.F. Express to package the item, the packaging will not shown our company name or wording relating to sex products. We will indicate that the item is " Document" or Printing Equipment. If you have other instruction with regards to privacy matters, do let us know by calling us or emailing us.

We will not collect sensitive information or than delivery information,sensitive information include credit card information、age、sex and etc.Information provided by customer will only be used interenally,it will not be used for other purposes.
